Project objective:
Carrying out development work for the development of a high-performance pallet production technology with fundamentally improved functional-utility characteristics, based on proprietary methods for vision control, automatic nailing, marking and drying. The project responds to the needs of the warehousing and logistics industry in terms of providing products that are robust and adapted to current trends related to the automation of storage processes.
Planned effects of the project:
The solution developed as part of the project will have the character of a product innovation and process innovation. The new pallets will be characterised by increased susceptibility to automation in high-storage and increased service life. Recipients of the new product will be companies trading in pallets for storage and transport, e.g. to logistics centres and high-storage warehouses.
