We manufacture non-standard pallets depending on your needs, including EPAL pallets with a chip, RFID, with a GPS transmitter , or with foil on the top.

Quality management system

We have implemented the ISO 9001:2015 management system. We are also PEFC and FSC certified, which determine the sourcing of raw materials from legal and sustainably managed sources.

All control processes are integrated within the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system. This attention to quality applies to raw materials, production processes, finished products, as well as on-time delivery. We thermally treat pallets and pallet wood in accordance with the requirements of ISPM 15 (IPPC certified), using high-tech dryers.

In the first option, each pallet will be tagged with an RFID tag and identified by a mobile reader.

OPTION II

Variant II, on the other hand, offers the marking of one pallet, which will be identified as a pallet pole.

OPTION III

On the Customer's request, we can also install a GPS transmitter to the pallet so that its position can be tracked over time (e.g. in transport). The satellite pallet tracker will allow the location of the pallet transport to be determined. It can be used by pallet receivers who trade in excise goods such as cigarettes or alcohol. The solutions used allow comprehensive identification of the drying time of the pallets and provide information from the moment they are loaded onto the vehicle, as well as the ability to track the movement of the pallets.

Pallet with foil on the top

With the installation of a state-of-the-art automatic pallet production line, CMC has expanded its range with a new product - a wooden pallet with a top covered with polyethylene (PE) film.

The applied film creates a separation layer between the wood and the goods on the pallet.

Prevention of moisture penetration from the substrate on which the pallet rests and from structural timber. This is particularly important in the case of cardboard packaging.

We offer the possibility of using different types of foil.

Low-density polyethylene foil (PE-LD) is very strong and the most popular.

The standard thickness of the applied film is 100µm, but we also carry out special orders.

PE-LD plastic is transparent and flexible. The material is physiologically inert, permeable to gases (e.g. oxygen and carbon dioxide), and is a barrier to water vapour and water. It retains its properties even at low temperatures as low as -60°C.

We also offer wooden pallets with a GPS transmitter. This is an excellent solution for tracking the position of the pallet in real time.

This enables you to keep constant watch over your supply chain and cargo. The EPAL pallet with a GPS transmitter is ideal for companies trading in excise goods, such as tobacco or alcohol.
