EPAL pallets are the most widespread interchangeable pallets in the world. They guarantee efficient transport of goods and ensure stable storage of goods.

Quality and Management System

We have implemented the ISO 9001:2015 management system. We are also PEFC and FSC certified, which determine the sourcing of raw materials from legal and sustainably managed sources.

All control processes are integrated within the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system. This attention to quality applies to raw materials, production processes, finished products, as well as on-time delivery. We thermally treat pallets and pallet wood in accordance with the requirements of ISPM 15 (IPPC certified), using high-tech dryers.

EPAL Pallets

EPAL pallet 1 - (composite blocks)

The EPAL pallet 1 is the most popular europallet with dimensions of 800×1200 mm.

The top boards (longitudinally stacked) and the three skids stacked along the length of the pallet, are made of solid wood, while the supports can be made of solid or chipped wood.

EPAL pallet 1 - 1200x800 (wooden blocks)

The EPAL pallet 1 is the most popular europallet with dimensions of 800×1200 mm.

EPAL Pallet 2 - 1200x1000

Europallet EPAL 2 has dimensions of 1200×1000 mm, where the longer side is 1200 mm long. The 9 boards of the top are arranged transversely. Three skids are located along the length of the pallet and two are located on the short sides.

The two blocks with the EPAL mark in an oval bear the characteristic number "2″.

EPAL Pallet 3 - 1000x1200

Europallet EPAL 3 has dimensions of 1000×1200 mm. The 9 boards of the top are arranged lengthways. At the bottom there are three skids arranged lengthwise on the pallet. The blocks with the EPAL mark in an oval bear the characteristic number "3″.

Europallet EPAL 7 is a half-pallet with dimensions of 800×600 mm. It is made of 13 high-quality boards, 3 blocks and 6 stable winches made of metal.

We meet the highest standards of EPAL pallet production

Our new EPAL pallets are manufactured according to the high quality standards of ISO 9001:2015 and PEFC and FSC certification. This means that they are created from first-class solid wood that comes from legal sources. We use state-of-the-art drying facilities where each batch of wood is prepared for the harsh industrial conditions in which it will be used.

As a manufacturer of EPAL pallets, we have to comply with demanding standards, as they are the only guarantee that a tool such as a pallet will never fail our customer.

Genuine EPAL pallets

The European Pallet Association certificate sets the standards for the production of EPAL pallets. Such wooden pallets have specific external dimensions and an alphanumeric marking. The left support bears the EPAL pallet symbol. In addition, the middle support bears the manufacturer's number, the year and month of pallet production and the information whether phytosanitary thermal treatment was applied. CP pallets for the chemical industry

As a leader in the production of wooden pallets, we also create CP pallets. They are used in the chemical industry, but will also prove successful in other industries. We supply them to our customers in accordance with EPAL as well as the ISPM 15 standard, which means that CP pallets can be used as a substitute for EPAL pallets and prove their worth when transporting diverse loads. CP pallets are excellent for the transport and storage of products such as chemicals, fertilisers and paints. However, due to their high strength, they can also withstand the hardships of transporting bricks or oil drums.
