Quality management system

We have implemented the ISO 9001:2015 management system. We are also PEFC and FSC® certified, which determine the sourcing of raw materials from legal and sustainably managed sources.

All control processes are integrated within the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system. This attention to quality applies to raw materials, production processes, finished products, as well as on-time delivery.

We thermally treat pallets and pallet wood in accordance with the requirements of ISPM 15 (IPPC certified), using high-tech dryers.

Pallet collars from CMC meet the standards that, as an EPAL pallet manufacturer, we have to implement in order for our products to be used worldwide.

Pallet collars are the ideal solution for protecting goods during storage, packaging and transport. This component of the EPAL pallet structure does not require assembly, but only stable mounting on the pallet. Our product makes it possible to stack crates of different sizes and fits on EPAL EUR pallets, but we also prepare it to the customer's desired size.

We supply them in sizes to fit EPAL EUR pallets, as well as for non-standard pallets. As a reliable manufacturer of EPAL EUR pallets, we have implemented the ISO 9001:2015 management system. This means that we apply ISO methods for the sake of high quality of raw materials, efficiency of production processes and reliability of EPAL pallets and pallet collars, which we deliver on time.
We are PEFC and FSC® certified, which means that the wood for pallets and pallet collars comes from legal sources managed in a sustainable way. CMC is a manufacturer of EPAL EUR pallets with extensive experience, which is why we have modern drying facilities in our machinery park. Thanks to these, our pallet extensions meet the international phytosanitary standards IPPC/ISPM 15 and can be used in the food and pharmaceutical industries.

Custom pallet extensions

As an experienced EPAL EUR pallet manufacturer, we are able to supply customised pallet collars. We will meet the customer's expectations and fulfil orders for non-standard products. Our pallet collars are ISPM 15 (IPPC) certified, and can therefore be used in the international transport of foodstuffs and pharmaceuticals. Custom pallet collars are fully foldable, so easy to store. They simply need to be overlaid to achieve the desired height to protect the goods.
