CMC also offers pallet components such as pallet boards and EPAL metal supports. As a manufacturer of EPAL EUR pallets, we supply a diverse range of products of which we can guarantee the highest quality.

Pallet boards

Pallet boards - these are the most important components of pallets. All the boards we offer are available with FSC or PEFC certification.

All pallet elements can be dried according to the KD standard (chamber drying, moisture content < 22%), or HT ( the temperature inside the wood reaches at least 56 °C for at least 30 minutes).

Once the elements have been dried, it is possible to arrange the elements accordingly so that they meet the dimensional requirements of maritime containers.

Metal brackets with dimensions
69,5 x 45 x 100 mm

The metal brackets, measuring 100 x 69.5 x 45 mm, are constructed from 3 mm thick sheet metal of the highest quality. The bracket is constructed in accordance with EPAL pallet standards and specifications.

Modern drying facilities

We have been on the market for 30 years and, as an experienced EPAL pallet manufacturer, we know that proper moisture removal is the key to high quality pallet boards. We have equipped our machinery park with modern drying facilities.

These allow us to prepare pallet boards according to the KD or HT standard on request. The former means that EPAL and non-standard pallet boards are chamber-dried to a moisture content of < 22%.

Drying according to the HT standard results in an internal wood temperature of at least 56 °C for at least 30 minutes, so the pallet boards are perfectly prepared for industrial use. CMC is a manufacturer of EPAL EUR pallets and planks, which gives the possibility to arrange the manufactured elements in the right way to meet the dimensional requirements of maritime containers.
